STEP 1: Individualized
Fundraising Program!
Contact us and together we will determine your
fundraising timeline, delivery date, choice of retail
pricing, and prize program. There is a minimum order of
134 Tubs required in any combination. All deliveries
above 336 tubs are FREE! |

STEP 2: We Collect
Your Fundraising Packets and
Create Reminder Notices
We collate your fundraising packets,
which consist of a cover letter, color flyers,
and an order form. We also create
two sets of reminder notices you simply copy the
reminder letters and give them to your students after
your sale is in progress. |

STEP 3: Distribute the
Fundraising Packets
Your packets will arrive BEFORE your fundraiser is
scheduled to begin. On the start date, place the packets
into each teacher's mailbox. It takes only ONE parent
volunteer five minutes to begin a Goodies Fundraiser -
It's that simple! |

STEP 4: Remove
Checks/Money From Envelopes
The sale period usually lasts for two weeks. When the
orders are turned in, you will need to open the order
envelopes to remove the checks/money and verify that the
correct amount was turned in. That's it! Leave the
order tallying to us! |

STEP 5: Fax or Mail
Your Orders, We Do the Tallying
After we receive your order forms, we will tally up
the orders (we tally only large
elementary schools with 500 or more students).
Within a few days we will fax over a Profit Detail Sheet
itemizing the number of units sold by product/flavor,
number of prizes earned, and your profit. Our invoice
is due before the Delivery Day - please pay with
ONE check from your organization. All orders
are sold by the case. |

STEP 6: Distribution
You will need to provide FOUR-SIX ADULT VOLUNTEERS to
help pre-pack and distribute all orders. To ensure a
smooth and error-free process, we deliver (date
specific), provide all packing supplies. It's
all part of our incredible full-service program! |
